Sometimes things go wrong. That's why every job is backed by a written 90 day parts and labor warranty. If we have to return to repair a covered repair, not only will we come back out as quickly as possible, there is absolutely no charge to you. In fact, we won't hold you to the 90 days. If at any time you feel the repair we made did not give you good service just call and we will make it right with you.

It should go without saying that a company should always use only factory authorized new parts when servicing the most important appliance in your home but sadly some companies do not.
